Little Nasa is designed to be a safe and enjoyable environment for all young astronauts. To maintain safety in our galaxy, everyone must follow our rules. Any astronaut who does not comply may be asked to leave the play area. Let’s treat each other with kindness and enjoy a fun trip around the moon.

⭐ SECTION 1 — Soft Play Rules, Safety & Disclaimer

We want every little astronaut to have a safe and exciting adventure. To help us keep the galaxy running smoothly and safely, please follow the rules below.

🚀 General Safety & Supervision

• All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

• Use of all equipment is at your own risk.

• We cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

• By entering the soft play area, you agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

🧦 Play Area Rules

• Shoes must be removed before entering the play frame; socks must be worn at all times. If you’ve forgotten your sock speak with mission control.

• No food, drink, chewing gum, or sweets inside the play area.

• Fighting, bullying, rough play, or unsafe behaviour (children or adults) will not be tolerated.

• Please report any accidents, spillages, or hazards to a member of staff immediately.

• Only food and drink purchased from our café may be consumed on site.

  • You are welcome to bring your own food for babies under 1 year. Breastfeeding is supported throughout our venue, and if you would prefer a more private area, please speak with a member of our team so we can try to accommodate your needs.

🎉 Parties & Exclusive Hire

• The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and supervision of all guests.

• Please ensure all guests follow our safety rules.

• Our party cancellation policy can be found on the Parties & Hire page.

• Any damage caused during a party or hire session may result in additional charges.

🚗 Arriving & Parking

• Parking is limited during busy periods.

• Our neighbours have very generously offered their spaces however please avoid parking in spaces belonging to neighbouring businesses on the weekends.

• On arrival, please check in at reception so we can confirm your booking and take any food/drink orders.

🕒 During Your Visit

• Please keep food and drink within the café/seating area.

• If you need assistance, our team is always happy to help.

• Respect other families and help us maintain a calm, friendly environment.

🌙 After Your Visit

• Each play session lasts 90 minutes. Please leave promptly at the end of your session so we can prepare for the next group.

• Please take all belongings with you. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

• Please use the bins provided to help us keep the space clean.

• We welcome feedback—positive or constructive. Speak to a team member or leave a review to help us grow.
